In July 2005, After 22 years of business Security Credit Systems, Inc. has
moved to the historic Theater District of Buffalo, New York. "Theater Place"
was refurbished by
Hamilton Houston Lownie Architects. It is an adaptive reuse design of two
adjacent historic Main Street building. This was one of the first mixed-use
projects in Downtown Buffalo to institute the revitalization effort in the
Theater District. The design incorporated a multi-level central atrium for
circulation and borrowed daylight. Included in the facility are restaurants,
night clubs, and commercial offices.
