ONLINE SERVICES – PLACEMENT

Our online placement services have been implemented to make it easier for clients to place accounts with Security Credit Systems., Inc. Included is the capability to upload data files for mass placement of accounts into our collection system. We have also provided web-based data entry functionality, which utilizes the web form to allow clients to submit accounts, on at a time, as required. All our placement services are protected by a secure software connection.

To place accounts on-line with Security Credit Systems, Inc. you will need proper security clearance. To login and place accounts with either Upload New Accounts or Add Accounts On-Line, click one of the Clients Only links. To set-up a security account, click on one of the Customer Service links and e-mail us your name, client number, and the nature of your request or call your Sale Representative and he/she will be happy to assist you.

Once you are in the Clients Only section of the site you will be able to access the on-line functions. The online options are:

Select Upload New Accounts from the choices in order to transmit data files from your computer to our system for processing. You are allowed to send text files (.csv and .txt) and also excel (.xls) files for processing. Please call your customer service representative to discuss the file formats and required fields.

Select Upload New Accounts from the choices in order to enter account information directly into our collection system. There are separate forms to use for Medical, Retail, and School/Institutional. Choose the form that fits your situation. Your account is automatically identified by your secure login.

Of course, Security Credit Systems, Inc. also takes placement accounts in the traditional way (from client reports) and via e-mail where permitted, and via FTP downloads with secure file transmissions. No matter what method your organization find most effective to place accounts, Security Credit Systems, Inc. has an option that will suit your needs.
