Security Credit Systems has implemented on-line reporting for customers who wish to use the web-link to view their information.
All reports distributed by Security Credit Systems can be accessed on-line with proper security clearance. To login and process your On-Line Reporting click one of the Clients Only links. To set-up a security account, click on one of the Customer Service links and e-mail us your name, client number, and the nature of your request or call your Sale Representative and he/she will be happy to assist you.
Once you are in the Clients Only section of the site you will be able to access the online functions. The online options are:
Select Online Reporting from the choices. You will then be provided with a list of available reports. The following reports are now in production:

More reports are in development as part of our on-going technology investment aimed at providing our clients with the functional tools they need to address their everyday business requirements. Please contact your customer service representative with any special reporting requirements you may have for your business. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Our reports are drawn from our secure site and are powered by Crystal Reports. In order to view the reports you will need to download the Crystal Viewer cab file and our installation instruction file. You should be able to install the viewer in about 5 minutes. If you have a problem installing the viewer, please call our customer service department for additional help. To obtain the Crystal Viewer and installation instructions click here.
Once the viewer is installed you can view your information on-line. We will be adding new reports as soon as they have been developed for the on-line system. For special reporting requirements please call our customer service department.
The Crystal Report Viewer is a powerful tool that allows the user to review the selected on-line report, search for information Within the report, export the information to other tools like MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat for analysis and distribution, reformat The window to suit you viewing preferences and most importantly print the report directly to your printer. Below is additional Information on the functions of our on-line reporting capabilities.
Interactive Viewer Help
The Interactive viewer lets you view data from your report. It also helps you do complicated searches on your report data. It also lets you perform text searches, and searches based on Boolean operators.

Group Tree
The Group Tree provides a list of the values that the report data is grouped on. Clicking the Group Tree button shows or hides the Group Tree. To navigate to a particular group in your report, click the group in the group list in the Group Tree.
Text Search
You can search for any text string in your report. Type the string in the text input field and click the find button beside the text box.
Note: If you are on page two, and you search for something that is on page one of your report, the viewer will not find it. It can only search from the next page forward. So if you're on page three, it will only search from page four to the end of your report.
Exporting the report
To export your report, click the Export button.
Exporting to Crystal Reports™ (RPT)
Once you are on the Export page, choose Crystal Reports (RPT) in the drop-down list and click the Export button. You will be able to save your new report or open it.
Exporting to Adobe Acrobat™ (PDF)
Once you are on the Export page, choose Acrobat Format (PDF) in the drop-down list and click the Export button. You will be able to save the PDF or open it.
Exporting to Microsoft Word™ (DOC)
Once you are on the Export page, choose MS Word in the drop-down list and click the Export button. You will be able to save the new document or open it.
Exporting to Microsoft Excel™ (XLS)
Once you are on the Export page, choose MS Excel in the drop down-list and click the Export button. You will be able to save the new spreadsheet or open it.
Exporting to Microsoft Excel™, Data only (XLS)
Once you are on the Export page, choose MS Excel (Data only) in the drop-down list and click the Export button. You will be able to save the new spreadsheet or open it.
Exporting to Rich Text Format (RTF)
Once you are on the Export page, choose Rich Text Format in the drop down-list and click the Export button. You will be able to save the new document or open it.
Zoom
By using the zoom pull-down, you can view your report at different sizes, ranging from 25% to 400%.
Refresh
To refresh your report, click the refresh button.
Note: In some cases, you may not have the Refresh button available in your viewer. This will depend on how your Administrator has set up the report.
Print
To print a copy of your report, click the print button. A PDF of your report appears. From the Adobe Acrobat reader in your browser, select print.
Navigating by page
As in Crystal Reports, you can navigate through your report by using the "next page" and "previous page" buttons in the viewer. Note: These are not the browser's "back" and "forward" buttons. You can also navigate to the first and last pages of your report.
